Picture yourself at Wimbledon, but without the whipped cream. Then you get strawberries, or the Strawberry Gin Smash. Fresh Strawberries, Bols Strawberry liqueur and Damrak Gin are balanced with lime juice and sugar. Light and refreshing!
Muddle 3 strawberries and 1 bar spoon sugar, add crushed ice and remaining ingredients in a rocks glass. Churn and top up with more crushed ice. Garnish with a strawberry.
